Shift records belong to the server where they were created. If Shiftora is removed from your server, data will be deleted within 30 days as described in the Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep Shiftora available and operational but do not guarantee any specific uptime or availability. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for shift data loss due to bot downtime, Discord outages, or technical failures.
We recommend server administrators export or backup critical shift records if they are used for official purposes such as payroll.
Shiftora is provided without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shiftora and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service - including but not limited to data loss, service interruption, or reliance on shift records for employment decisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Shiftora after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will announce significant changes in our support server.
