/bot-info
View information about Shiftora
Everyone

Displays the bot's version, uptime, server count, and links to support resources. Useful for checking if the bot is running the latest version.

/ping
View bot latency and status
Everyone

Returns the bot's current response latency in milliseconds and its connection status. Use this to verify Shiftora is responsive before starting a shift.

/shift-leaderboard
View the staff leaderboard ranked by total shift time
All Staff

Displays a ranked leaderboard of all staff members sorted by cumulative shift time. Helps identify your most active staff and encourages healthy accountability.

/whois [@user]
View shift information and stats for a user
Staff Role

Pulls up the shift profile of any server member - total shifts, cumulative time, average duration, and current status. Requires the Staff Role permission.

/shift-manageAll Staff

The primary command for staff to manage their own shift. Opens a live embed with action buttons.

/shift-manage [Type]
Manage your shift - clock in, take a break, or clock out
All Staff

Opens the shift management embed. Depending on your current state, you'll see different buttons:

Embed States
StartOff ShiftClocks you in and starts a new shift session
PauseOn ShiftPuts your shift on break - time worked stops counting
ResumeOn BreakReturns you to active shift from a break
EndOn ShiftClocks you out and logs the completed shift

The embed also shows your all-time stats and your current shift's live status.

/shift-adminStaff Role

Manager-level command for overriding or managing any staff member's shift.

Manage a staff member's shift
Staff Role

Opens the same shift management embed as /shift-manage but for any specified user. Allows managers to start, pause, or end shifts on behalf of staff - useful for forgotten clock-outs or emergency overrides.

Launches a step-by-step setup flow that walks you through configuring Shiftora for your server. Covers the essential settings needed to get started - log channel, staff role, shift role, and timezone.
